I had never used this floors before since I live on a state. I just happened to pick them and my friend recipient told me they’re the best florist in Orleans! She just texted me today with a picture of the flowers that were sent to her two weeks ago with her telling me they look as beautiful as the day they were delivered. If she’s happy, I’m happy.

I ordered flowers delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day in South Orleans and a second set for my mother-in-law, who she was visiting. Both of them were thrilled and loved the beautiful arrangements! I and Bloom Florist both got points for that!
The only problem was that my instructions were to have them delivered together on 2/14, but instead they were delivered separately on 2/13. My wife and her mom didn't notice or care, so it was all fine in the end!

I ordered flowers for next-day delivery on Mother's Day weekend. It was last-minute and I was happy to find a local florist who could do next-day, considering the pandemic. The next day, I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered, but they hadn't. After a couple hours calling the store with no answer, we went in person and got the flowers as they were being loaded up. It was different than I ordered, but it was better quality. I got in touch with the florist afterwards and they were apologetic and courteous. I would use them again and recommend them.

It was Mother’s Day and we are in the middle of a Pandemic and the arrangement was delivered on time and the receiver loved them. They did not look anything like I ordered. White roses and white lilies vs purple tulips but again I was great full it happened!
